Hello, my name is Melanie Graf.

Since September 2022, I have been the director of the International Preschool Lilli & Lori. I was born and raised in Munich and have been living here again since May 2022 with my husband and our four children. After completing my training as a state-certified early childhood educator, I gained valuable experience in a wide variety of settings – from nurseries and kindergartens to children's centers and special needs day care centers. During this time, I became familiar with many educational approaches and discovered my passion for Montessori pedagogy, to which I remain committed. I have many years of management experience and have built and led institutions with great dedication and enthusiasm. I find the combination of Montessori pedagogy and a bilingual concept to be a great asset and am delighted to be able to implement it together with my team, the parents, and especially the children.

Hello, I'm Chloe Templeton. I grew up in sunny Queensland, Australia, and moved to Germany in 2010. Since then, I've worked in bilingual childcare with children aged 6 months to 6 years. I have a son who enriches my life immensely, and I enjoy practicing yoga. I've also completed my children's yoga certification. I've been part of the Lilli & Lori team since 2017. In 2020, I completed my AMI Casa dei Bambini Montessori qualification. Montessori pedagogy greatly influences my daily work. With creativity, patience, and lots of love, I guide the children and contribute to a warm, nurturing atmosphere in the kindergarten. My name is Christa Sacker. I grew up in Munich and have been a valued member of the Lilli & Lori team at our kindergarten since its founding. After completing my teacher training for primary and secondary school, I earned a Master's degree in Education and Psychology from LMU Munich. This was followed by extended stays abroad and the International Montessori Teacher Training (AMI) in California. I have worked as a Montessori educator worldwide, including in the USA, Hong Kong, Ireland, London, and Munich. At Lilli & Lori, I primarily work with the 5-6 year old children in our English-language K-Class, the preschool group. In this Montessori-based class, I prepare the children for the transition to German and international schools with joy, depth, and structure. My many years of experience allow me to provide the children with a stable and trusting foundation for their further education.

My name is Peter. I was born in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. My parents are from Cyprus. I have a degree in Visual Communication and worked for many years as a graphic designer and production supervisor for a publishing house that designed children's books and educational materials. In 2007, I moved to Munich and gained experience working in English-language summer camps and as a substitute in various Montessori kindergartens. I have been part of the Lilli & Lori team since its founding. I particularly enjoy creative learning activities, regular craft projects, and science projects. It inspires me to watch the children develop and their understanding of the world around them grows.

My name is Sanja Bradic, and I joined the Lilli & Lori team in September 2023. I studied literature and language in Bosnia and Herzegovina and hold a Montessori teacher diploma. Working according to the Montessori method is my great passion, which I also pursue beyond Lilli & Lori. As a mother of a son and with many years of experience working with children of all ages, I bring my expertise and enthusiasm to the daily life of the kindergarten.

My name is Tanja Kuhlmann. I am a state-certified early childhood educator and live with my family in Munich. From 2013 to 2017, my family and I lived in the USA, where I worked at a Montessori Academy. In 2018, I received my Montessori diploma in Munich. Since September 2024, I have been working at Lilli & Lori, specializing in German language instruction. I firmly believe that every child is unique and should be supported individually. My pedagogical approach is consistently based on the principles of Maria Montessori, which I have continuously deepened throughout my professional development.

My name is Tatjana Schuck. I'm a career changer working at Lilli & Lori and am currently training to become an assistant. In our bilingual kindergarten, I support the children in German during their daily routines. Working with children has always been a dream of mine, so I'm incredibly grateful to have found my place here at Lilli & Lori. Having grown up in Grünwald and now living in Harlaching, I feel a special connection to the preschool and this community. I'm looking forward to many wonderful experiences, meaningful encounters, and the opportunity to accompany the children on part of their journey.

My name is Lina Böhlk. I live in Munich and support the Lilli & Lori team in the area of German language instruction. I enjoy working according to the principles of Montessori pedagogy and accompany the children throughout the day with my open and loving nature. I have been part of the team since July 2024 and am happy to be a reliable contact person for children and parents.

My name is Ruza Šimić. I have been working at Lilli & Lori as a housekeeper since September 2022. Every day, I prepare a varied and balanced breakfast as well as an afternoon snack – often together with the children. They get to cook and bake with me, learn about healthy eating, and help me with gardening. As a mother of two daughters and a grandmother of four, I bring a lot of experience, patience, and love to the daily life of the Lilli & Lori family.
