Holistic development
Independence as a basis for learning

Project work
– Learning out of genuine curiosity
Many of our projects arise from the interests of children:
• How does an instrument work?
• What can I build with wood?
• Why does one thing float – and another not?
We explore these questions over several days or weeks. The children are allowed to try things out, discard ideas, start again, and delve deeper.
This is how learning becomes:
• sensible
• sustainable
• emotionally anchored

Nutrition & Cooking Projects – Learning for Life
For Lilli & Lori, food is more than just sustenance – it's part of our everyday educational life.
In regular cooking and breakfast projects, the children are allowed to help, prepare, taste and contribute their ideas.
Together with our team:
-
Do the children regularly prepare breakfast and snacks?
-
They learn household tasks like cutting, stirring, setting the table and tidying up in a playful way.
-
They develop a sense of healthy eating, responsibility, and independence.
-
Cooking, preparing food and eating together not only strengthens fine motor skills and concentration, but also community, self-confidence and appreciation for food.
