Hello, my name is Melanie Graf.  From September 2022, I am the Head of Administration of the International Preschool Lilli&Lori. I was born and raised in Munich and have been living here again since May 2022 with my four children and my husband.

After graduating as a state-certified educator, I was able to gain valuable experience in a wide variety of institutions ranging from daycare centers and kindergartens to children's homes and special education daycare centers. I was also able to become acquainted with a wide variety of pedagogical directions, during which I discovered my love for Montessori pedagogy, to which I have remained loyal to this day. 

I can draw on many years of management experience in which I have built up facilities and managed them with heart and soul and passion.

I see the combination of Montessori education and the bilingual concept as an enrichment in my work and I am very happy to share this with my colleagues, the parents and last but not least with the children.

Hello, I'm Chloe Templeton. I grew up in Australia in sunny Queensland and moved to Germany in 2010. Since moving to Germany I have worked in the field of bilingual Child Care with children between the ages of 6 months and 6 years. I have also had the opportunity to travel and learn the German language. In 2014 I had a son, who is quite adventurous and has enriched my life greatly. I enjoy practicing Yoga, and have completed my Children's Yoga Certification. In 2017 I joined Lilli and Lori International Preschool.

In 2020 I completed my AMI Casa dei Bambini Montessori Qualification. This has enlightened me to approach the world of early childhood education with Maria Montessori's pedagogy as a guiding and inspiring light. Every day I bring my creative skills, my patience and my love of working together with children to contribute to the nurturing atmosphere here in the Preschool.

The child is truly a miraculous being, and this should be felt deeply by the educator.

Maria Montessori

Christa Sacker was born in 1951 and grew up in Munich. She began her studies as an Elementary School Teacher and graduated from Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich with a Masters degree in Pedagogy and Psychology. In 1992 she received her International Montessori Diploma from the Association Montessori International (AMI) in San Francisco, California. Following this, Christa worked for many years worldwide, at International Montessori Schools in the USA, Hong Kong, Ireland, London and Munich.

Christa has been a permanent member of our Lilli & Lori Team since the beginning. She primarily teaches the 5 to 6 year old children in our English spoken “K-Class”. In these regular morning classes, based on the Montessori philosophy, the children get the opportunity to learn and prepare for 1st grade at either German or International Schools in a fun and interesting way. With Christa´s extensive professional experience, the children receive a solid learning foundation for their transition to further schools. 

Peter was born in the city Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

His parents were born on the island of Cyprus (EU member). 

He has a Diploma in Visual Communication and has worked as a graphic designer/production supervisor for a publisher of children’s books and teaching material for schools.

Since moving to Munich in January 2007, Peter has worked for English-speaking holiday camps, as well as a substitute teacher’s assistant in other Montessori preschools.

I have been with Lilli & Lori since April 2008. We have lots of fun with creative and learning activities, and regular Woodwork and Science projects together. I get great enjoyment and satisfaction from observing how our children develop, grow and gradually gain an understanding of the world around us.

I feel very fortunate to be a part of the preschool team.

Dear Parents!

I´m Daria. I grew up in the western part of Russia. I have spent half of my life in

Moscow where I received my Bachelor Degree in Linguistics (English, French

language).

During my first maternity leave my family moved to Munich. My two

kids, Sofia and Pavel, inspired me to dive into the pedagogical field.

In July 2021 I completed my Montessori AMI (2,6 to 6) Diploma here in Munich. In October 2021 I joined the Lilli & Lori Team.

I do love working with kids in a Montessori way!

Being a part of the Lilli & Lori team is a great pleasure for me!

 I am Teresa and I was born and raised in the Portuguese Silver coast. At the age of 18, I moved to Lisbon, where I studied Corporate Communication and Business Management and worked in Communication and Events fields for four years.

In 2020, I had a break in my chosen career and moved to Munich. It was at this time that I listened to my inner voice and just followed my long-standing dream of working with children. 

Since then, I have worked in a bilingual (EN-DE) preschool as an assistant, and in July 2022 I completed the AMI 3-6 Montessori-Diploma and joined the Lilli & Lori team. 

I am very happy and grateful to be part of the Lilli & Lori team and to be able to guide the children to discover the world. Children are our future and I believe that when their needs are fulfilled and they have a happy childhood, they will surely become good adults. 

My name is Sanja Bradic and I strengthen the team of Lilli & Lori since September 2023. I studied literature and language in Bosnia Herzegovina and have a diploma as Montessori Teacher.  Working according to Maria Montessori is my passion, which I live also beyond Lilli&Lori.

I have a 7 year old son myself and I am living in Munich with my family since the end of August. I am very happy to be able to bring all my expertise as a native (English) speaker to Lilli&Lori, which I have acquired over many years of working with children of all ages.

My name is Annette Müller, I have been part of the Lilli & Lori team since October 2023.

I work as a supplemental employee and am doing further training to become a specialist while working.  After studying literature, my special focus is on the German language, which I promote at Lilli&Lori through targeted programs, Montessori material, and reading to the children.

I discovered my love for Montessori education through numerous training courses in this field and see Lilli&Lori as a wonderful place to realize and pass on this love.

My children are all grown up, so I enjoy walks with my dog and am happy to bring the changing seasons of nature to the children in the Preschool.

My name is Rosalie Schillings.

I spent my preschool and school years in a Montessori institution, so I am very familiar with Montessori pedagogy, and believe in it also.

I have already completed my studies in physical education and sports pedagogy as part of my teaching degree and am currently writing my state examination in Educational Science with a focus on psychology. In spring 2025, I will take the state exam in Primary School Pedagogy which will also represent the completion of my studies. I am also a recognized and licensed trainer in the field of children's and youth gymnastics.

I have been working at Lilli & Lori since September 2023 and am happy to be able to use and pass on my knowledge here. 

The popular sports afternoon that we offer every week is a particularly nice opportunity to pass on what I have learned to the children.

When the children's eyes light up, I know every time that I've come to the right place here at Lilli & Lori.

My name is Ruza Šimić, I work at Lilli&Lori since September 2022 as a housekeeper.

I be good to your children with a varied and balanced breakfast and afternoon snack, which I prepare daily with and for the children. 

With me, the children get to bake, cook, learn all about healthy eating and actively assist me with gardening.

As a mom of two girls and grandma of four, I bring a lot of experience, patience and love for the children of the Lilli&Lori family.
